If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not contact Burg Social first in an emergency. We cannot dispatch emergency services.

To report a user, event, or content you believe poses a safety risk:

When reporting, please include: the username or profile link, a description of the concern, and screenshots or other supporting information if available. We take safety reports seriously and review them promptly.

Privacy Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to submit a privacy-related complaint, or to exercise any applicable privacy rights:

Verification Questions

Burg Social may use Didit for identity verification. If you start verification, you may be redirected to or interact with Didit as part of the verification process. Didit’s services are governed by Didit’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

For questions about Burg Social verification status or account handling, contact support@burgsocial.com. For privacy questions about Burg Social’s handling of verification result metadata, contact privacy@burgsocial.com.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, go to Profile -> Settings -> Account -> Delete account in the app, or email support@burgsocial.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Law enforcement requests for user data should be submitted in writing to lawenforcement@burgsocial.com.

Business and Venue Inquiries

For venue corrections, business inquiries, venue-related submissions, or event additions:

Email: venues@burgsocial.com for free venue updates, missing venue requests, or venue event details sent by email.

Email: business@burgsocial.com for general business questions.

When possible, send venue updates and venue event submissions from an email address publicly associated with the venue. If that is not available, Burg Social may ask for another reasonable confirmation method before publishing updates.
